Are you a retail location?
We are a studio workshop that allow deliveries and curbside pickups. By Appointment only.
Where are you located?
We are conveniently located in Toronto, close to Highway 427 and Evans Avenue. We offer curb-side pick up and same day or scheduled delivery. Same day deliveries must be placed by 11AM to ensure delivery by 6 pm that day.
Are your flowers always fresh?
We restock our florals daily and ensure a variety of types and colours so that we can create the unique arrangements that we are known for. If you have specific requests for flowers, please reach out to us via the custom orders page, phone, or email and we can order whatever you need!
What are your delivery hours?
Our delivery hours are 12-6, Monday - Saturday.

How long do our flowers last?
While we do everything in our power to keep the life of our flowers glowing, flowers do take their natural course. We bring in fresh-cut flowers daily allowing our arrangements to last up to two weeks and include flower food in all of our arrangements. These measures allow our flowers to last up to 1 and a half to 2 weeks! To help your flowers last longer, keep them in shaded areas and out of direct light.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
We want to make sure our customers love their floral arrangements. If something isn’t right with your order, please send us a photo of your delivered arrangement within 24 hours of arrival with your concern via email at shelly@sweetmagnoliaflorals.ca and we will make it right as soon as we can.
